I believe the most haunted place in New Jersey may be either Ringwood Manor (Ringwood) or the Spy House (aka Seabrook-Wilson House) now the Bayshore Waterfront Park Activity Center (Port Monmouth).
Does anyone have any suggestions for New Mexico?

I think New Mexico is probably the St. James Inn in Cimarron.
We already have New York and North Carolina, so the next is North Dakota.

I suppose Franklin Castle in Cleveland would be the most haunted in Ohio.
The next state is Oklahoma.

The Skirvin Hotel in Oklahoma City seems to be the most haunted place in Oklahoma, and in Oregon, I think the Geiser Hotel in Baker City is probably the most haunted.
Pennsylvania is next.

Does anyone have any suggestions for Rhode Island? I suggest Seaview Terrace (aka the Carey Mansion and “Collinwood”) in Newport. There have long been rumors the house is haunted and when Salve Regina University used it as a dormitory, there were many reports of the ghost of a woman and other unexplained incidents. Also, there’s a theory that people can make a house haunted simply by believing it to be haunted, and in the late 60s and early 70s, when everyone was watching Dark Shadows, Seaview was one of the most recognized buildings in the country, and it represented the quintessential “haunted house.”
Next are South Carolina and South Dakota.

Can't decide on a "most haunted" place in South Carolina or South Dakota, but in my opinion, the most haunted location in Texas is either the Hotel Piasano in Marfa or the Excelsior House Hotel in Jefferson.

Vermont has a lot of haunted places, but I think the Marble Mansion Inn located in Fair Haven has had the most reports of supernatural activity in recent years.
Virginia is next on the list.

The Dock Street Theatre in Charleston is probably the most haunted place in South Carolina. For Virginia, I suggest the Peyton-Randolph House in Williamsburg.

In South Dakota, I think the most haunted is either The Bullock Hotel or the Adams House, both in Deadwood.
In Washington state, the most haunted place is probably The Oxford Saloon in Snohomish.
