For a couple of years, this story was all over the internet, with people resorting to personal attacks on Facebook, Reddit and other sites that allowed comments, if anyone dared question the claims of these women Catherine dubbed the “sacred cows,” but now you never see anything about them anymore? Does anyone know what they’re doing now that people have lost interest and they’re no longer the center of attention?

FBI Exhumes Body of Joyce MaleckiYesterday (December 14), the casket containing what remains of the body of Joyce Malecki was removed from the grave where the young murder victim has lain for 54 years. The 20-year-old woman disappeared while shopping in November 1969, shortly after Cathy Cesnik vanished. “The FBI conducted an exhumation at Loudon Park Cemetery regarding the murder investigation of Joyce Malecki,” an FBI spokesperson said. “We remain committed to bringing justice for Joyce and her family. Because the investigation is ongoing, we cannot provide any additional information.”
It has long been rumored that priests at Baltimore’s Archbishop Keough High School, a Catholic school for girls, were involved in the murder of Cathy Cesnik, 26, a nun who taught at the school. At the time of her disappearance, however, she was living as a secular woman.
The 2017 documentary, The Keepers, bases its claims on the “recovered memories” of former Keough students, who allege the Rev. Joseph Maskell not only sexually abused numerous girls, but actually took Jean Hargadon-Wehner to see the body of the dead nun.
The accusing women believe Maskell could be responsible for Ms. Malecki’s murder because she attended mass conducted by the priest and lived near the rectory.
Earlier this year, authorities closed the case of Pamela Lynn Conyers, a 16-year-old girl who disappeared October 16, 1970, from the same mall where Ms. Malecki vanished the year before. According to police, DNA from the body matched that of Forrest Clyde Williams III, who was 21 at the time and died in 2018.
It is hoped DNA can be collected from Ms. Malecki’s corpse and such can be compared to that of Williams, various other suspects and samples on file with CODIS.
“I am very pleased the FBI is investing in this and hope it yields info on the identity of the perpetrator,” Abbie Fitzgerald Schaub, one of Cathy Cesnik’s former students, told reporters. “I’m not biased who that might be – just would like to know the truth of what happened.”Sources: Audrey Conklin, Fox News, December 15, 2023; CBS News, December 13, 2023, and Lea Skeine, WINK, March 12, 2023.

If there's any DNA recovered from the body of Joyce Malecki, I'll bet it will be that of Williams.

If there's any DNA recovered from the body of Joyce Malecki, I'll bet it will be that of Williams. I assume there's DNA from Sister Cathy because they dug up Father Maskell to see if there was any of his DNA on her. I suppose though that the DNA from her case wasn't that of Williams.
