Hot Chocolate Cocktail
Ingredients: 6 oz. hot cocoa (homemade or from mix) 1 tsp. orgeat syrup 1 oz. creme de cacao 1 oz. brandy whipped cream maraschino cherry for garnish
Yield: 1 cocktail
Directions: Prepare hot cocoa. Tip: For a richer cocoa, use a combination of half-and-half and milk. Add orgeat, brandy and creme de cacao to a large mug. Pour hot cocoa over the liquor and stir to combine. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a cherry.

Now that I've found out what orgeat syrup is, I'm going to buy some and try this recipe.
