Scientists found the sodium layer to be useful for creating an artificial laser guide star in the upper atmosphere. The star is used by adaptive optics to compensate for movements in the atmosphere. As a result, optical telescopes can perform much closer to their theoretical limit of resolution.
Quoted from the article-What The Hell Is Going On With UFOs And The Department Of Defense-published by the War Zone, "the extent of the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group radar network could not be replicated over land during small-scale testing, or via a chance encounters with military aircraft. Electro-optical data could."
A U.S. Navy F/A-18 Super Hornet using the Raytheon AN/ASQ- 228 Advanced Targeting Forward-Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) Pod received the image.
Apparently we may have a space based laser system capable of generating a similar effect in our lower atmosphere. The possibility our high-fidelity radar may be capable of detecting more than solid objects, such as dense plasma area of excited atoms, and which Electro-optical sensors would have no problem detecting. Research into directed energy transportation used two beams, the first to create a vacuum for the second energy beam to travel in. Such a system could create anomalies as observed that day. Movement as observed would be possible, except when if speeds off, the dense plasma area of excited atoms (if so, would not be possible) which would be observed as high speed fading away. Obviously the effect of several Tic Tac's flying around our adversaries during a military event would induce chaos.

How does this relate to the discussion between Dave Fravor and Bob Lazar? whatliesbeyond.boards.net/thread/9754/dave-fravor-lazar-discuss-oregon

Where do you suggest I post it? I'm also interested in the Tic Tac theory. I'm looking forward to your post.
