Don't Let Them In
On Halloween night, there are things that creep, They come in your windows and disturb your sleep. Skeletons rattle in old graveyards, As zombies shuffle, their faces scarred.
Ghosts flit about and if you look at the sky, You’ll see the wild hunt and witches fly by. In the old mausoleum, a coffin creaks As a caped-clad vampire gets to his feet.
Long dead spirits are released on this night: Wispy wraiths, horrors and ladies in white, For its Halloween night when the veil is thin; Be extra careful you don’t let them in. – Anonymous
