‘Detransitioned’ Teen Sues ‘Gender-affirming’ DoctorsChloe Cole was a 12-year-old California girl when she decided she wanted to be a boy. Instead of sitting her down and explaining the facts of life, Chloe’s ultra-liberal parents supported their daughter’s “gender dysphoria,”and took her to a doctor who did not question her decision and prescribed puberty blockers and testosterone. Three years later, at age 15, she had an elective double mastectomy because ... well ... boys don’t have tits.
But after four years as a “boy,” when she was 16, Chloe realized her gender dysphoria was, in actuality, nothing more than insecurities about her appearance, and her life-altering decisions were influenced by social media that has brainwashed numerous teens and preteens into believing gender is a “choice” that can be changed as easily as one’s hair color.
But “detransitioning” was easier said than done. First, she had no breasts, and in a tit-obsessed society, she was up the proverbial creek minus a paddle. But the problems went much deeper than her lack of that female-defining attribute. Even though the breast removal surgery was performed five years ago, because her body rejected the skin grafts, she still has to bandage her chest. “As an adult, I will never be able to breast-feed whatever children I will have,” Chloe, now 18, lamented. “I don’t even know if, because I was put on puberty blockers and testosterone at only 13-years-old, I don’t know if I’ll be able to conceive a child naturally. I made an adult decision as a child.”
Understandably upset, Chloe is suing the physicians who performed the gender-affirming surgery, not only because of what happened to her, personally, but to protect other teens. “I want to hold the adults that put me in harm’s way accountable because what happened to me is horrible, but it also didn’t only happen to me, that’s the worst part,” she explained. “It’s happening to children all over the U.S., all over the West, and it’s spreading all over the world. I want to be able to create a precedent for other people who have been in my situation to find justice themselves.”
The teen also expressed dissatisfaction with President Biden, who recently expressed support for “gender-affirming” medical treatment for allegedly transgender minors, pressuring doctors to affirm a child’s decision to “transition” without question. “What Biden was saying is dangerous,” Cole insisted. “He’s trying to advocate for further experimentation on children.”
Cole is represented by the law firm of LiMandri & Jonna of Rancho Santa Fe, California, and supported in her efforts by the Center for American Liberty. It's about time someone sued these quacks that are mutilating children. Thirteen-year-olds are so irresponsible parents can be prosecuted for child neglect if they leave them home alone overnight, yet, doctors and that senile old fool in the White House think they're old enough to make life-changing decisions!

It's sad, but teenagers are so clueless that many of them really do think changing gender is as simple as changing hair color, or picking pronouns -- I absolutely hate when they talk about picking their pronouns. Teens don't have sense enough to look up from their cellphones and iPads while crossing the frigging street and this girl's parents and doctors allowed her to make a decision about taking male hormones and slicing off her boobs? Maybe though if she's successful in her lawsuit, doctors will think twice before diagnosing "gender dysphoria," which is just a euphemism for mentally unbalanced.

I don't understand why this isn't illegal. You can't drink alcohol until 21, but you can undergo elective, life-changing surgery. I guess it's like tattoos. All you need is parental consent. Ridiculous!

Is there anything more ridiculous than a "girl" with an Adam's apple? There's some new surgery that's supposed to make the Adam's apple less noticeable, but if you look closely, you can always tell. You can also tell from their hips because no matter how much hormone therapy they have, it isn't going to give them female hips. I've never seen a trans girl who didn't look like a boy in drag.

Another Detransitioning Woman Feels She Was ‘Manipulated’ into Gender Change
Paula Mosely, 24, who had what is commonly known as “top surgery,” a double mastectomy, at 18, agrees with Chloe Cole, and condemns American Girl’s book, A Smart Girl’s Guide: Body Image, which discusses so-called “body dysmorphia.” Speaking of her decision to transition from female to male, Mosley said, “It wasn’t like a medical condition that you needed to be treated that was sad or serious. It was like a fun thing like you’re trans now and it’s celebrated and you’re wonderful and you’re a hero and all of that. And you know, that attention is what I was looking for.”
Mosely, who was featured on America Reports, insisted her mental health condition and manipulation by therapists and doctors contributed to her decision to transition at a young age. Her parents also were manipulated into supporting her gender change. “I was manipulated not only by my trans peers, but by my gender specialist, the person who gave me my letter of recommendation in surgery. It was all sold as like a wonderful thing,” she recalled. “The whole time to me, I feel like I was in like a fugue. I was so mentally unwell and unstable, and that was the time in which the trans community really found me. But the whole thing just feels really messed up to me.
“Every single person who’s about to go through, or who is going through, puberty, is uncomfortable with their body. And it’s changing and it’s hard,” she continued. “And this language is so confusing and so strange and nuanced for them.” Encouraging boys and girls going through puberty to transition is “incredibly confusing,” Mosely insisted. “I almost think it’s predatory. It’s setting them up for confusion.
“One of the issues I have is the lack of identity,” she explained. “And on top of not having a lot of friends and having issues at home, when I found the trans community and found a new identity and was affirmed … that’s what caused me to transition.”
Now that she’s decided to detransition, Mosely, like Chloe Cole, has discovered many of the treatments and procedures she endured, such as the double mastectomy, are irreversible. “I’m heartbroken ... there’s just a lot of grief.”
Mosley, who said she’s “finally out of denial,” is using her experience to encourage other young girls to consider their mental health before making physical alterations to their bodies.

I think there should be a law passed that you cannot undergo any gender transformative surgery if you are under 18. "Body dysmorphia" should only be treated psychologically until the child is an adult.

I think there should be a law passed that you cannot undergo any gender transformative surgery if you are under 18. "Body dysmorphia" should only be treated psychologically until the child is an adult. A neighbor of mine has a daughter who decided she wanted to be a boy. This went on for a few months and she decided she wanted to be a girl again. She's around 14 now and I heard she's dressing like a boy again. I stopped associating with the family when she first started calling herself a boy and her mother went along with it. I don't have anything against gay people, but if they start transitioning, they freak me out.

As the article says, most every teenage kid has identity issues at some point. When I was in school, we tried on identities such as "punks", "goths", etc. I think for most kids, this is just another fad like that. They can't possibly understand all the implications for making life-changing decisions at this age. This is where adults are supposed to protect them.
For the ones that it isn't a just fad, they can wait until they are and adult. I don't have a problem with people who want to change their sex as an adult.

Girl Pressured Into Gender-affirming Mastectomy at 13 Sues Doctors, HospitalAn 18-year-old California girl is suing the doctors and hospital that removed her breasts five years ago, when she was only 13-years-old. According to her lawsuit against Kaiser Foundation Hospital and four physicians, Kayla Lovdahl (aka Layla Jane) contends that after being exposed to online influencers at age 11, she was encouraged to “entertain the erroneous belief that she was transgender.” According to the complaint filed June 14, “... they essentially handed Kayla the prescription pad, and allowed her naïve, emotional, childish, roller coaster of feelings to dictate the so-called ‘treatment’ that she would receive.”
When Lovdahl claimed she was a boy, instead of sitting her down and explaining the facts of life, her parents sought help from medical professionals who quickly determined she was transgender. Instead of sending her for an in-depth psychological evaluation, the doctors allegedly told her parents, “It is better to have a live son than a dead daughter,” and prescribed hormone blockers and testosterone, which she began taking at age 12, and a year later, at 13, surgeons performed a double mastectomy.
Additionally, she has accused the hospital and physicians of failing to provide her and her parents proper “informed consent,” which would have included intensive therapy. Instead, Lovdahl underwent a single 75-minute transition evaluation.
“The vast majority of cross-gender identified children, if medically treated in early adolescence, risk regretting the decision after they are old enough to realize their losses,” the girl said.
The procedures were “an insane form of child abuse,” Charles Limandri, one of her attorneys, declared. “We believe cases like this are the best way to stop them, especially in liberal states like California, where reckless ideologues are pushing this radical agenda,” he added.Sources: Christopher Oldcorn, The Western Standard, June 19, 2023, and Jacob Geanous, The New York Post, June 17, 2023.

An 11-year-old girl isn't capable of making an informed decision about what to wear to school! What sort of parents would take a child that age to a doctor just because she claimed she was a boy? A kid that age doesn't even know the meaning of transgender, they just think it's cool because of all the crap they see on online.
