I just noticed this at the end of one of the earlier articles. That kid is almost 6-feet tall and weighs close to 200 pounds! I Googled it and the average height of a white 14 year old boy is around 5'5". He's 6" above average.

I'll bet this woman has been denying there's something wrong with her brat and covering up for him for years. She's also not very bright if she thought she could scrub all traces of blood from those jeans.

Disturbing Evidence Concerning Aiden Fucci Includes Threats of Violence, Satanic DrawingsOn Wednesday, June 14, the State Attorney’s Office released additional documents compiled during the investigation of the murder of 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey by her schoolmate Aiden Fucci. The documents reveal that when she reported her daughter missing, Stacy Bailey provided deputies a list of Tristyn’s friends and their contact information, and it was one of these friends, Doffis “Tre” Absher III on Telford Drive, who revealed the young girl and Aiden Fucci had been hanging out at his home until around 1 a.m. when they left together. In a subsequent interview, Tre labeled Fucci a “big pothead,” who never wanted to talk about anything other than marijuana, death and killing.
Deputies went to Fucci’s home at 724 Castledale Drive, where the 14-year-old told them he and Tristyn had walked together until she turned to take another street to her house on Cloisterbane Drive. When asked why it took him so long to get home, Fucci claimed he had walked alone for a while, until between 3 and 3:30 a.m. He then offered to show deputies the path he and Tristyn had taken and willingly got into the sheriff’s office cruiser.
While driving along the route he said he and his schoolmate had walked, Fucci admitted Tristyn hadn’t turned where he told deputies. Instead, he claimed, as the two passed Leith Hall Drive, she had grabbed his penis, which pissed him off, and they began arguing. At this point, he said he pushed her to the ground, she hit her head and he left her there. As they continued to drive, Fucci remarked, “I’m going to get arrested for bullshit.”
In yet another version of the story, Fucci told deputies Tristyn “could be with a drug dealer who is in his 20s that she communicates with through Snapchat,” or “on a path by the North Amenities Center known for teenage drug use.” After discovering Tristyn Bailey’s corpse with significant injuries to her head and body, deputies obtained a search warrant and returned to Fucci’s home, where they found several items that tested positive for blood.
Investigators interviewed dozens of Tristyn’s friends, as well as their parents and acquaintances. During one interview, a female classmate of Tristyn’s admitted Fucci asked if she could sneak out of her house the same night Tristyn went missing and when she said she couldn’t, he called her several disparaging names. In a later conversation, she commented, “It could have been me.”
Among those interviewed was Shyla H. on Ellsworth Circle, who admitted she did not like Aiden Fucci and described him as “the textbook definition of what you would call a ‘numb kid.’ He has no feelings towards anyone, no feelings towards himself,” she said, adding that his eyes always appeared “glassy” and had no meaning in them and he was the type person one “would see as a murderer” that “he just didn’t care.” She also told investigators Fucci would take girls into the woods to smoke pot and vape.
When Fucci and his parents were escorted to an interrogation room at the sheriff’s office and Crystal Smith and Jason Fucci told him Bailey was dead and he was apparently the last person seen with her, he sullenly asked, “How is that my problem?”
After Fucci was taken in for questioning, a young cousin of Fucci’s told deputies he was usually at her house several times a week and she had last seen him on Thursday, May 1. However, she had received the Snapchat selfie from the backseat of the deputy’s vehicle with the caption, “Hey guys has inybody seen Tristyn lately?” When asked if she had ever witnessed any odd behavior from Fucci, she recalled he once told her, “We might go to jail sometime in our life” and for him, it might be for “something big.”
Two friends of Fucci’s admitted the young teen said “on multiple occasions that he wanted to kill someone by stabbing them or slitting their throat.” One of the two added that Fucci said he was going to kill someone and everyone “should expect it to happen within the month.” This same teen revealed that Fucci bragged “if he were to kill someone, it was going to be planned, he would find a random person walking at night, drag them into the woods, and stab them.” The two also confirmed the Buck brand folding knife recovered from the crime scene was identical to the one Fucci carried. The knife, with a wood and brass handle and broken tip, was recovered from the retention pond where Tristyn Bailey’s body was found. The medical examiner later discovered the tip of the blade embedded in the girl’s head during autopsy.
The medical examiner also discovered the word “KARMA,” written in blue ink, on the teen’s left inner ankle and a smiley face drawn on the inside of her right ankle. A gold-tone ring, $20 bill, Cotton Candy vape device and cell phone and case (with a “fortune paper” tucked inside) were found with the corpse.
According to Fucci’s girlfriend, Zofie B. on Woodcross Drive, Fucci was violent at times and on one occasion, when he was supposed to buy a vape from another kid, he decided not to pay for it and instead took it by force and “beat up” the other youth. She admitted hearing him talk about killing people and say he would act innocent after the murder and continue killing, and that he would draw graphic pictures of mutilated bodies. Sometimes, she said, he would surprise her from behind, place the knife at her neck and pretend to slit her throat. He even had nicknames for his two knives: he called them “Picker” and “Poker.” The girl then told detectives that Aiden claimed to hear voices in his head telling him he was worthless and a disappointment, and telling him to kill people, and that he knew something was wrong with him and wanted to reach out for help.
As the investigation proceeded, detectives discovered disturbing drawings both in Fucci’s notebook and on his desk. In addition to various Satanic images, investigators found a gruesome drawing of a nude female with her arms cut off, bleeding wounds and red X marks over her breasts and pubic area lying on the suspect’s desk.
Following release of the additional documents, News4Jax crime and safety expert Ken Jefferson remarked, “If someone had spoken up, this possibly could have been avoided. Maybe they could have gotten to him in time to get inside of his head to see what’s making him tick.”
According to Dr. Stephen Bloomfield, a forensic psychologist who specializes in violent outbursts, “Something happened. There was a click of rage or something where he couldn’t control his impulse. Or he was, has a mental illness.”
Detectives with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office have confirmed the authorities were never apprised of Fucci’s many threats of violence or other disturbing behavior.Sources: State of Florida v. I knew all those McMansion brats would turn out to be a bunch of potheads. If just one parent had been paying attention to what his or her brat was doing and who the kid was hanging out with, the murder of this girl could have been avoided. These parents had no idea where their kids were or that they were walking around the neighborhood after midnight. They should all be charged with child neglect.

If all these kids knew what that young pothead was doing and that he had serious problems, there's no way that his parents and other members of his family didn't know there was something wrong with him. I think his mother did know and she covered up for him, just like she did when she tried to wash the blood out of his pants even though she knew by that time he had killed someone.

If it turns out that Fucci wrote KARMA on her body, that means he felt she deserved to be murdered.

From what I've heard around town, Fucci's mother and grandmother indulged him and thought he could do no wrong. People say his grandmother never posts on social media anymore and acts like she's ashamed to show her face in public. She and his mother, other family members, his teachers and all those kids who knew there was something wrong with him should all be ashamed because they had the opportunity to prevent what happened.

State Amends Witness and Exhibit Lists
The State Attorney’s Office has amended its witness and exhibit lists. The primary addition to the witness list is Autan Scott (aka Freddie Pandy), an inmate at the Duval County Pretrial Detention Center in Jacksonville where Aiden Fucci is being held without bond.
Additions to the prosecution’s exhibit list include interviews with, and jail calls made by, Freddie Pandy. Telephone calls to and from Florida jails and correctional facilities are monitored and information revealed therein can be used against the inmate or by investigators for the purpose of gathering additional evidence. Inmates talk among themselves and presumably, Fucci has revealed something the prosecution considers noteworthy to Pandy.
Hearings pertaining to Fucci and his mother, Crystal Smith, who is charged with evidence tampering, are scheduled for Wednesday, September 1.

State Attorney’s Office Releases VideosNew evidence released by the state attorney’s office includes video surveillance of the last time Tristyn Bailey was seen alive and a video clip showing Aiden Fucci sprinting from the wooded area where the 13-year-old girl was stabbed to death.
Also released were the Snapchat videos between Fucci and a friend while he [Fucci] and Doffis “Tre” Absher III were in the back of a St. Johns County Sheriff’s cruiser. “We’re having fun, in a fucking cop car,” Fucci says, after which they discuss Tristyn, with Fucci remarking, “Tristyn if you fucking walk out the damn ....” and Absher suggesting she would “see this in a month.” It was during this discussion that Fucci sent his selfie from the back of the deputy’s car with the text banner: “Hey guys has inybody seen Tristyn lately.”
In a second video, Fucci says, “They’ve got us in a fucking cop car .... tripping dude.”

Aiden Fucci Disoriented, Mumbles about DemonsAiden Fucci and his mother, Crystal Smith, appeared before the Honorable Lee Smith at 9 o’clock Wednesday morning (September 1), in a virtual hearing, however, the proceedings were interrupted by “technical difficulties” and rescheduled for Thursday, October 28, at 9 a.m.
Prior to the hearing, Fucci could be seen on livestream rocking and fidgeting, seemingly distracted and distraught. When a guard entered the room with a phone so that Fucci could hear the proceedings, the teenager appeared frightened and looked around in a confused manner. He proceeded to flip his long hair and remained disoriented as he held the receiver to his ear. He then began muttering to himself. “I won’t let you demons take my soul,” he said. “Why am I here? I just want to talk to my mom and dad.”
After watching the video, a forensic psychologist not affiliated with the case said he wouldn’t be surprised if the teen is evaluated for mental competency. “He definitely looked disoriented and confused. It’s hard to tell if he’s feigning mental illness or if something is really happening with him,” Dr. Justin D’Arienzo observed. “From my perspective, it seemed genuine, given the pattern of behavior today and from what else we know.”
Attorney Gene Nichols, who isn’t affiliated with this case either, said a competency evaluation wouldn’t be unusual in a case like Fucci’s, but that it could delay the proceedings. “What you would see in most of these cases, you’re going to have your client evaluated for competency, especially for a young person like this, to allegedly commit such an awful crime,” Nichols said. “It can cost several months of waiting in order to debate competency.”
Fucci’s mother, Crystal Smith, who has been charged with evidence tampering in the case, was also scheduled for a pretrial hearing at 9 a.m., however, she, through her attorney, has waived all pretrial appearances.Sources: Corley Peel, WJXT, September 1, 2021; and WJAX, September 1, 2021.

Anyone else think it's weird that the defense attorney said that it's a "PLEASURE" to represent this asshat??? Wtaf???
And if he was fidgeting, confused and muttering shit, bet you he was withdrawing from some other drug other than pot...IF it wasn't all an act.

And if he was fidgeting, confused and muttering shit, bet you he was withdrawing from some other drug other than pot...IF it wasn't all an act. Defense lawyers are supposed to act like their clients are innocent and Fucci is pleading not guilty. He's being represented by the public defender and representing a high profile client like Fucci would be a good way for an attorney to make a name for him/herself in criminal defense.
If he's on some illegal drug, then he would have gotten it in the Duval County Jail, because he has been in jail since last May. I know that inmates can get drugs inside, but I think they probably keep a little closer watch on juveniles. Maybe the doctors are trying to wean him off the Ativan and other drugs he was taking for marijuana withdrawal. Everyone I've talked to seems to think Fucci is pretending to be crazy, like Nikolas Cruz.
