Ghost Adventures: Quarantine Premiers June 11
For the Travel Channel’s four-part miniseries, Ghost Adventures: Quarantine, Zak Bagans and his co-stars will be locked inside his Haunted Museum for 14 days. “This is by far the most intense investigation and in-depth experiment we have ever done, considering the whole tone of doing a lockdown within a pandemic lockdown ... it’s as raw and terrifying as it gets,” Bagans said.
Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, Jay Wasley and Billy Tolley will quarantine themselves inside the museum and the four will be responsible for the filming and all other aspects of the show without any additional crew members.
The series will concentrate on the museum’s most frightening areas, including the Devil’s Rocking Chair from the infamous “Devil in Connecticut” case, the subject of The Conjuring 3; Peggy the Doll, said to be possessed by demons; and the Dybbuk Box (above), a wine box to which a malicious Hebrew spirit known as a dybbuk is attached. Bagans will open the box in an attempt to understand its energy.
The show will also include previously taped interviews with museum visitors, tour guides and special guests. The horrifying incidents experienced by these individuals will form a baseline for what the team expects. The four feel their own apprehension will intensify the restless spirits within the museum, rendering them more dangerous than ever. “Fear gives entities power, and fear is now permeating our society on a scale we haven’t experienced before,” Bagans explained. “We are witnessing the amount of spirit activity greatly increase, and we need to understand how this unprecedented situation affects things on a supernatural level. This led us to finally open the Dybbuk Box – a moment that will live with me forever.”
Ghost Adventures: Quarantine premieres Thursday, June 11 at 9 p.m. on The Travel Channel.
