Mine says that I should have been born in Colorado.

Kate, the link you provided took me to the wrong quiz, so I found the right one and changed it on your post.
According to the quiz, I should have been born in Maryland: "You love the high society of the east coast, and proximity to DC and NYC wouldn't come amiss, either. You're the type who jets off every other weekend to a new city to visit family and friends, and the hustle and bustle of city life is just perfect for you. You love to be right in the center of life, and what could be more central than the state closest to our nation's capital."
I was born on the east coast, but in Maine, not Maryland, and I don't have any desire to be close to the nation's capital.

I should have been born in Louisiana. (I was born in Georgia.)

Wow! Didn't see that one coming! Although I do have a slight penchant for the South, I thought it would be Colorado.

I was born in New York, but this says I should've been born in Alaska:

Funny, I have never experienced the long winters they describe, not sure how I would fare in such weather.
