Does everybody have their Halloween costumes ready for Saturday? I'm dressing as a witch, as usual.

Three friends and I are going as minstrels in blackface. We go as minstrels every other year and we've gotten very good with our act. One guy plays a banjo and we sing and dance just like they did in the old minstrel shows. When there's a contest for best act, we usually win.

I usually go as the grim reaper every Halloween. I've got that pointing thing down pat! LOL! Not sure if I am dressing up this year or not though.

Is that one of those parties where everyone goes as something politically incorrect?
I'm going to a regular Halloween party, but I'm going as a dentist and I bought a stuffed lion and cut the head off, so I'll be carrying the head of Cecil the Lion. I'm sure someone will be offended, but I don't care.

I am dressing up as a witch this year, though I have no idea how I will pull off the makeup. I am terrible at applying makeup, especially something meant to be dramatic and noticeable.
I change up my costumes every year, I have a rotation of about 5 and will either need to go through my rotation again starting next year, buy a new costume, or will need to get more creative.

Is that one of those parties where everyone goes as something politically incorrect? Yes. For years it was just a regular Halloween party, but a few years ago when everyone became so PC, people started dressing in offensive costumes: blackface, Indians, Nazis, anorexic or fat women, etc. Year before last, a lot of people came as Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman and before that, a lot of women dressed as Casey Anthony carrying a shovel and a girl doll made up to look like she was dead.

I wore pajamas most of the day! No costume for the necessary running around, and back into pajamas!
