Twin Peaks Season 3 Filming in Everett
EVERETT, Wash. – An Everett house that was used in the pilot of the Twin Peaks TV show as well as the movie Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me is getting another visit from the David Lynch crew as they shoot for Showtime. Today the City of Everett issued the following press release about the filming in Everett this week ....
A popular television series is filming today, October 7, and Friday, October 9, at a home on 33rd Street on Rucker Hill. Filming will require outdoor lighting at night. Nearby residents may also hear dramatic screams on Friday evening.
The crew of 70-100 will close Kromer Avenue between Laurel Drive and Pacific Avenue and 33rd Street between Kromer Avenue and Laurel Drive. Off-duty Everett police officers will be on hand to assist with traffic control. The film crew has gone door-to-door to let neighbors know about the activity and has secured the necessary City permits to ensure a safe and quick film shoot. The crew will also film along Pigeon Creek Road, which is closed to the public, on Wednesday.
While information regarding Season 3 of Twin Peaks has been sparse, over the last few months casting information has slowly been finding its way onto the internet. In September alone, Amand Seyfried, of Les Misérables fame, and Balthazar Getty reportedly joined the ever growing cast. With shooting having already begun in Washington, it's no wonder that yet more details have emerged. According to TV Line, Peter Sarsgaard – best known for his roles in Garden State, Jarhead and Dead Man Walking – has been cast in an “unspecified recurring role.”
