Ghost Blamed for Exploding Pint in Irish PubDROGHEDA, Ireland – Astonishing footage has been posted on of a mysterious exploding pint. The video shows several people sitting around enjoying a tipple when one man, whose pint is resting in front of him, turns away for just a couple seconds to hand a picture back to the bar staff, the Irish Mirror reports. But the moment his back his turned, his pint glass shatters in front of shocked onlookers.
The video was uploaded to Facebook by Barney Mac's Bar and has gone viral. The owners uploaded it up with the caption "the ghost of Joe Murphy" – a regular of the bar who has since passed away. Later, they added: "Strange as hell when it happens."
One user commented: "Deadly but freaky."
People online have been quick to post their opinions regarding what caused the pint to explode. Some say it's simply someone kicking the table, while others insist it could have been a cold pint poured into a warm glass straight from a dishwasher.www.facebook.com/pages/Barney-Macs/617153665022024Source: The Daily Mirror, March 23, 2015.

Interesting. I think if the man had kicked the table, we would have seen some sort of body jerking/movement seconds before the pint falls, but I see nothing to indicate body movement or even shifting to that leg. He looks perfectly still throughout. Perhaps the other explanation of a cold pint being served in a hot glass makes more sense.
