I've been too busy with other things to research and write any articles during the last few weeks. I was going to do one for tomorrow, but just haven't gotten around to it. I will try to post one next week.
While we're on the subject, if you email me with a suggestion for a Today in History article and obtained your information from a website, book, or whatever, please name your sources so that I can include them when the article is posted.
Have you ever thought about helping her, Jason? I would offer, but I'm not that good at writing, but we all know that you are. I'm sure that it takes a lot of time and research to write these articles, so instead of complaining, you should be offering to help.
I live in the South now, but I'm from Ohio. I agree that people down here are more melodramatic and they also seem to dwell on the darker side of life. They love talking about death, murders, ghosts and anything macabre. I worked in the field of anthropology before I retired, but I haven't been able to figure out what makes Southerners so different from people in other regions of the country.
