A Mexican Bridal Shop Mannequin Looks Just like a Preserved Human CorpseCHIHUAHUA, Mexico – In the middle of town, there is a quite famous bridal shop. However, it’s not famous because of the dresses; it’s the store mannequin that keeps the establishment on the map. This is because, for the past 75 years, a startlingly lifelike mannequin has stood in the window – a mannequin that puzzled locals. Local legend has it the mannequin is actually the preserved daughter of the shop’s former owner.
The mannequin is nicknamed La Pascualita or Little Pascuala. The owner at the time this particular “mannequin” arrived at the stor was Pascuala Esparza, hence the nick name. Pascuala’s daughter, whose name has been lost to history, died tragically from the bite of a Black Widow spider on her wedding day.
Pascuala denied the mannequin was her daughter, but the rumor had already taken on a life of its own and no one believed her.
It is claimed that at night, La Pascualita will sometimes shift positions in the window and her eyes will follow people around the store. Her dress changes often, but only the owner and a few special employees are allowed to dress and undress her.
Some locals and brides-to-be consider La Pascualita a saint. They pray to her or leave gifts for her with the shop workers.
Disturbing, but is it true? No one knows for sure. Take a look at the photo of La Pascualita’s hand (above) and decide for yourself. The detail is truly incredible for a wax dummy.Source: ViralNova, July 23, 2014.

That is creepy, as is the detail. I did not think they could make such life-like wax figures.
